  • This is a therapist-facilitated group that is designed to assist the patient in identifying and resolving the problem(s) which precipitated the need for a program. These are problems which if not addressed, will likely contribute to the individual having continued difficulty in less structured settings after discharge. The group members encourage each other to see that they have the ability to control choices that they make daily which strongly influence their lives.

  • Individual therapy will be offered to each patient by their assigned therapist. The assigned therapist will meet with the individual working weekly to establish therapeutic goals and encourage problem-solving in an empathetic and supportive environment.

In individual therapy, the therapist will complete a thorough comprehensive assessment of the individual and identify strengths and needs and help the patient identify and work towards achieving his or her treatment goals.

  • Case management and discharge planning are provided to work with a therapist to determine what your needs will be as you work towards discharging from the program. This will include scheduling outpatient services as needed and seeking support services that are easily accessible to you.

  • During the program, a discharge plan is created after the completion of the program. This will include any necessary medication management and/or therapy appointments to continue care.

  • If our program is not the right fit, we work to ensure you are provided with resources and options. We want to make sure you leave with follow-up measures in place to help you in areas we do not offer.
